MAMAA - Mothers against Murder and Aggression - a national registered charity which supports and campaigns on behalf of families and friends of murder victims

Miss Dorothy.com and Watch Over Me - The missdorothy.com website is a place for young people to learn and have fun. Dot Com, an internet cartoon character helps young people learn how to stay safe and to overcome bullying.  The charity's Watch Over Me programmes are a unique teaching resource devised to equip teenagers with clear strategies to deal with personal safety issues including a number relating to guns.

Mothers Against Guns - Mothers Against Guns calls for people to set up campaign groups in their communities, to see an end to Britain's rising gun culture and lobby the government to introduce stiffer penalties for people convicted of gun-related crimes.

Penny Lane  - The Penny Lane Development Trust is an innovative project in Liverpool that represents and includes its community in the design and delivery of a Beatles Visitor Centre, Youth and Community Centre and an Outdoor Sports facility.  One of its activities is an Anti-Gun Crime Project.

 

SaferDerbyshire - Crime, fear of crime and anti-social behaviour is an important consideration in the quality of life of local communities.  Across Derbyshire, different agencies are committed to working in partnership to reduce crime and risks to safety and to maintain quality of life for people who live, work and visit the area.  The site provides information about local Crime and Disorder Partnerships, partner agencies and access to community safety advice. 

 

Streetwise - Streetwise is a gang and gun crime prevention resource for young people. Streetwiseinfo.co.uk is a live and interactive website and allows young people to seek advice from professionals and ex-gang members 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Victim Support - Independent charity which helps people cope with the effects of crime

Justice4Victims - justice4victims.org is "a web-based organization which we intend to build and run with you.  Its aim is to provide a service for all victims and potential victims of violent crime who feel denied justice and protection, and as a platform from which to launch and co-ordinate active campaigning for changes in British justice - changes which finally atone for the effect of violence on the victims, and the danger of violence to the public."
