Birmingham Mail, 23 June 2008 Anthony Hamilton, 20, and Michael Straker, 20, have been jailed for 12 years and eight years after a pub shooting in Willenhall in July 2007 which left three people injured. Hamilton pleaded guilty to taking a gun to the pub, attempting to murder two men, wounding with intent and having a firearm with intent to commit murder. Straker was convicted of three counts of wounding with intent and having a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

The prisoner has been charged with criminal damage. It is reported that a gun was fired and that a stray pellet hit one of the occupants of a people carrier.
